How to Track Your Order
Step 1: Check your email for the shipping confirmation we sent when your order was dispatched. This email contains your tracking number.
Step 2: Use your tracking number with the carrier's tracking system (link provided in the email).
Step 3: Monitor your package's journey until it arrives at your door!
Didn't Receive a Tracking Number?
If you haven't received a tracking number within 2 business days of placing your order, please check:
- Your spam/junk email folder
- The email address you used at checkout
- Your order confirmation email for processing status
Still can't find it? Contact us with your order number and we'll help you track your package.
Delivery Times
Romania: 3-5 business days
EU Countries: 7-14 business days
International: 10-21 business days
