30-Day Return Window

We want you to be completely satisfied with your CaliFitness purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must:

Be unused and in original condition
Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories
Not show signs of wear or use
Be returned within 30 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Items marked as final sale
Products that have been used or washed
Items without original packaging or tags

How to Start a Return

Step 1: Email us at adelincaliap08@yahoo.com with:
- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return

Step 2: We'll send you return instructions and a return authorization

Step 3: Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method

Step 4: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund

Return Shipping Costs

Customer Responsibility: You're responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Defective/Wrong Items: If you received a defective or incorrect item, we'll cover return shipping costs and send a replacement or full refund.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Note: It may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the item you want.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.
